At this week’s Labour party conference there is a wall where people can write their thoughts on Ed Milliband and what they like and admire about him.
I think this is a great idea to get some some feedback on how people perceive you and the qualities they see as important. (“In Teligence” is an interesting concept though š ) There are a variety of scenarios where this could be used, not just to get feedback on an individual. For example I’ve seen this technique used in teams to help build teamwork, morale and positive attitudes.
