We currently have two sets of Coaching Cards available; Picture Coaching Cards and Cards specifically for Sales Managers – see below for details of the latter.
Our Picture Coaching Cards feature a range of eclectic photographs on one side with challenging questions on the reverse to aid Coaches, Managers, Trainers and Teachers to stimulate powerful conversations on a 1-2-1 and group basis.
They can be used as a ice breaker in team meetings, to help people express their emotions or to aid people in the decision making process around work or personal scenarios.
There are 40 cards in each pack featuring a stimulating range of photographs to inspire and provide a visual prod to surface feelings around a subject. The reverse of the cards contain a total of 80 questions designed to provoke and challenge discussion and reflection on a range of issues of importance to the individual or group.
