Individuals we have worked with recently include a Finance Director and Deputy CEO of an NHS Trust where we were helping them make the transition to CEO of the Trust. The challenge for the individual lay in moving from an operational mindset, releasing control and becoming more strategic in their outlook.
Another individual is a Director whose organisation is in the process of merging with another and we have been working with them to help make the transition for their people as smooth as possible. This has entailed reviewing their approach to communication and employee engagement.
We regularly deliver Leadership programmes for Senior Management teams in the private sector, which involves exploring the impact of emotional intelligence on Leadership and Employee Engagement, identifying different leadership styles and the importance of positive psychology in developing the full potential of themselves and their people.
